PREPARACIÓN DE PEDIDOS

Order preparation is automatically synchronised with our main warehouse in Valencia, ensuring an efficient and accurate process.

Ordering options:

  • Online shop: automated, direct process
  • Email: using our official template (Excel file) to ensure data is entered correctly and avoid errors

Special preparations: any extra preparation requiring manual handling will incur an additional cost, communicated in advance.

PROCESAMIENTO Y PLAZOS

Processing times:

  • Order cut-off time: 15:00
  • Orders placed after this time are processed on the next working day

Delivery times:

  • 24-72 hours depending on the destination area
  • Orders are processed and dispatched once payment has been received

CONDICIONES DE TRANSPORTE

Free transport

  • One free shipment per month per customer
  • Single-reference pallets with unmodified height: free transport
  • Direct collection from the warehouse: always free

Participación en costes

For all other orders, a contribution towards transport costs applies, calculated automatically based on destination and shipment characteristics.

SERVICIOS ADICIONALES

Depalletising

A €70 charge applies for the depalletising service when requested.

Documentation

In line with our environmental commitment, all documentation (delivery notes, invoices) is sent digitally by email. Printing these documents is the customer's responsibility.

GESTIÓN DE INCIDENCIAS

Reporting period: delivery incidents must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order.

Communication channels:

Important: after the 24-hour period, we cannot accept responsibility for the incident, due to limitations in reviewing tracking systems and lodging insurance claims.

ZONAS DE ENTREGA

We ship throughout mainland Spain. For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, please ask about special conditions.

SEGUIMIENTO DE PEDIDOS

Once your order has been processed, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation with tracking number
  • Details of the assigned carrier
  • An estimated delivery date
