Terms and conditions for professional customers
General terms of sale for professional (B2B) customers.
B2B agreement
These terms govern the commercial relationship between Provei Global S.L. and its professional customers for the supply of products to the residential, healthcare, pharmacy and education sectors.
02 Scope
These General Terms of Sale govern the commercial relationship between Provei Global S.L. and its professional (B2B) customers for the supply of hygiene, personal care and consumable products to the residential, healthcare, pharmacy, education and distribution sectors.
03 Orders
- Orders are confirmed in writing (email, web or EDI) after stock and credit validation.
- Minimum order quantity, delivery times and logistics conditions are specified in each confirmation.
- Provei Global reserves the right to reject orders for justified reasons.
04 Prices and payment
- Prices are net, in euros, excluding VAT and shipping unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices are issued upon dispatch. Payment terms are stated on each invoice.
- Overdue payments accrue interest under Spanish Law 3/2004 on late payments.
05 Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 24-72 business hours from order confirmation for mainland Spain.
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery at the agreed location.
- Any incident, shortage or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to info@proveiglobal.com.
06 Returns
Returns are accepted only for products in perfect condition, with original sealed packaging, within 14 calendar days of delivery, with prior written authorisation from Provei Global.
07 Warranty
Products comply with applicable European regulations for hygiene and personal care products. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under current Spanish law.
08 Liability
Provei Global is liable only for the value of the products supplied. We assume no liability for lost profits, indirect damages or third-party claims arising from customer use of the products.
09 Intellectual property
All brands, logos, technical sheets and graphic materials are property of their respective owners. Customer use requires express authorisation.
10 Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The data controller is Provei Global S.L.
11 Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain), unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
